Kathy Jacobs
Owner, Lead Designer
So what’s a scientist doing writing marketing plans, designing websites and marketing materials, and doing online marketing? Although my background is in forest ecology, mycology, and environmental science, I discovered that I have a great appreciation and passion for marketing, design, and outreach. This is a way that I can help people like me (small business owners) make a living doing what they love. I also love working with non-profit organizations.
My background in science and my experience with the Extension Service has helped me to understand the types of products these groups need to convey information to their clientele. My understanding of marketing and different technologies allows me to utilize the best media and methods possible to get the most out of your advertising dollars.
Designing print products and websites is a new experience every time and there is always something new to learn. Working with clients is fun and challenging; I enjoy this work. I want you to be successful and I hope it shows. Read what some of my clients have said about my design and marketing work and skills.
In a blink of an eye, 17 years has passed since I first started this business. Thank you to all of the wonderful people I have worked with and for – I have learned so much and had the pleasure of working with some amazing people!

Glenn Ziesenitz
Senior Graphic Designer & Project Manager
Glenn began his career in graphic design and marketing as a layout designer for a small newspaper in Clinton, NY. Glenn then moved to Washington, D.C., where he ran the midnight shift at a print service bureau before riding his bike across town, after the sun came up, to an internship where he updated a website in straight HTML.
Glenn traded the overnight hours for a normal day shift, during which he designed course catalogs and promotional materials for a leading test-preparation company, which eventually relocated him to New York. Glenn was then offered a Senior Designer opportunity at a global ad agency. His first day on the job, Glenn worked until midnight with a team he’d only met that day on an American Express website project. He then transitioned to other AMEX projects as well as annual reports and style guides for some of the agency’s clients, including Ann Taylor.
Glenn moved to Atlanta, where he has worked as a designer and art director for a variety of organizations, from smaller, boutique design shops (dogs, flip flops, beer) to client-side engagements with large companies (big office buildings, suits and ties).
More recently, Glenn has worked as a UX/UI designer for leading technology, telecom, automotive, national security, and sports organizations, creating everything from complex platforms for small and medium-sized businesses to engage with government entities to customer success platforms, and a variety of other initiatives.
When Glenn isn’t thinking through a design or user experience, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and two dogs. He likes being outside in the woods, playing bass with one of his bands, or seeing live music.

Olivia Madrzyk
Graphic Designer
Olivia’s love for design began with a 2nd-grade PowerPoint obsession. Her tools since then have been upgraded, but her excitement for design has remained unchanged.
In 2022, she graduated from Georgia State University’s graphic design program and continues to seek out opportunities to expand her skill set through plenty of tutorial-watching and personal projects.
When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring antique shops, painting, and going to concerts.
