Project Descripton
After reviewing data from the analytics on their existing website, we proposed a completely different approach to the organization and featured sections for this website. This website encompasses multiple organizations all housed under one brand: The Partnership. This includes economic development, tourism, chamber of commerce, retirement, and main street association.
We refocused the main website on tourism, directing visitors to things to do, places to stay, and where to shop or eat. We created a new directory where visitors can access detailed information about sites, businesses, and locations to visit. The website feature on the home page is a video highlighting activities to enjoy in the community.
We also assisted in creating new articles focused on tourism-related activities. These articles have attracted organic search engine traffic to the site.
The second section of the website focuses on The Partnership and its organizations. The menu navigation changes and the main landing page is targeted to members of the Chamber of Commerce. This separation helps us to address the needs of the multiple target audiences of this umbrella organization.
